Historical ReviewOur story begins in April of 1979 when the idea of two entrepreneurs is to produce popsicles made out of natural fruits. Frutaletas S.A. de C.V. was created and the original building was located along 11 Avenida Norte in downtown San Salvador.
The product was so successful that by 1983, it was necessary to move to a new bigger building in Colonia Chain. The product begun to be marketed in local stands and carts.
During 1986, due to the high demand of the product, once again the necessity to relocate to a bigger building was needed. In the new facilities located in Colonia 5 de Noviembre, the decition to incorporate ice cream into the product line was taken. Ice cream "Tasty" was born.
By 1994 we move to our own facilities, located in Boulevard Venezuela #2230, San Salvador. We have accomplished the number one spot in route sales not only in El Salvador but also in Guatemala and Honduras.
